I've been busy cutting, measuring, sewing this week and with a little help from Sarah (thank you! thank you!), here is what I came up with:
My first applique project! I'm pretty happy with the result. And making things, creating, brings me so much joy!
Hopefully a smaller version will sport an "E" later this week...and I'm hoping to turn out a few more for Christmas gifts so shhh, don't tell anyone.

Great job, Em! I've had the makings of a similar project sitting around that I seem to never get around to doing. Yours turned out great!
I love it! It does get exciting, doesn't it, taking an idea in your head and seeing it on your babies!
